Engineering
Starline engineering integrates a broad base of practical experience in tooling design and machining whith the latest in CAD/CAM software technology. This combination of highly skilled craftsman and state-of-the-art computer hardware results in innovative, cost effective solutions to meet product requirements. Starline's involvement during the product design stage can minimize future manufacturing pitfalls and reduce the time required to introduce new products to market.

Casting
Starline was one of the first U.S. companies to introduce permanent mold brass castings to the United States. Starting in 1979 with one gravity machine, Starline has continually added equipment and technology making us one of the largest producers of yellow brass castings in the country. Both our gravity and low pressure machines produce some of the highest quality parts available.

Machining
Founded as a machine shop, Starline has established a solid reputation for producing high quality machined parts from a wide variety of materials. We use state-of-the-art equipment including CNC technology to meet or exceed exacting product specifications.

Tooling
All of our molds, fixtures and special cutting tools are built and maintained in-house. Our experienced Tool & Die makers produce some of the highest quality tooling packages in the country.

Polishing
Final polishing and buffing of decorative castings is performed in-house to maintain total control of the manufacturing process. Every part is thoroughly inspected, cleaned and then carefully packaged to ensure our customers receive consistent quality.

Quality Control
Process control is maintained throughout our manufacturing operations. In-house spectrographic analysis of metal chemistry, statistical process control, and employee training and empowerment are all key to maintaining our reputation for delivering a superior quality product.
